Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after the order has been successfully placed and verified.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier's policy.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned.
